Former of BI Deputy Governor Aulia Tantowi Pohan and other suspect will get final decision (verdict) in Corruption Court. Public prosecutor accuse Him and other suspect for 4 (four) years punishment and fine about Rp 300 Million with confinement as subsidiary. They are presumption of corruption YPPI Fund about Rp. 100 Billion in 2003. That fund is used for discussion of BLBI matter and to amendment of BI Law. In this case 5 person have been punished, they are Former of BI Governor Burhanuddin Abdullah, Former of BI Governor Bureau Rusli Simanjuntak, Former of BI Legal Directorate Oey Hoy Tiong, and Former of DPR Member Antony Zeidra Abidin and Hamka Yandhu.(ARP)
